Learning Approach
The programme is grounded on a high impact entrepreneurial team learning and coaching model originally developed in Finland. This innovative approach emphasizes experiential learning, peer collaboration, and leadership development, preparing students to thrive in dynamic, real-world environments. At TAMK Proakatemia, students form real team enterprises and work collaboratively as team entrepreneurs. Through running their own businesses, they gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, project management, and teamwork.
Admission Criteria
Student selection is based on a pre-task assignment submitted with the application and an online interview with the academic staff for top candidates. Applicants who have completed their previous background education outside of Finland must provide an English language proficiency certificate, unless they have completed higher education in Australia, Canada, the European Union or EEA, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, or the United States, or upper secondary education in an EU/EEA country, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom, or the United States.
