Description

The program "Huippuryhmäksi mutta miten?" is designed for leaders and key personnel from the private, public, and third sectors who want to enhance the performance of the teams they lead. The program focuses on developing leadership skills to create high-performing teams.

Objectives

• To understand the characteristics of high-performing teams
• To develop leadership skills for team management
• To enhance team performance through effective leadership and collaboration

Content

The program consists of four days of contact teaching, where tools and frameworks are presented, and participants work in groups. The program also includes literature and articles, group and individual reflections, and a development task for the participant's own team or organization. Additionally, a personal coaching session is included.
