Program Overview

BOMOKO - Educational Leadership Development Program

The POMOKO program is designed to support the development of quality in vocational education and training, as well as in Liberal adult education. The program focuses on Enhancing leadership skills and knowledge in these fields.

Program Structure

The program consists of several modules, including:

• Management skills now and in the future 2019 implementation (4 credits)
• As a leader in vocational training or free educational work (5 ECTS)
• Management of working life cooperation (2 credits)
• Management of skills and abilities (2 ECTS)
• Methods and skills of managerial work (2 credits)
• Innovative civilization (2 credits)
• Administrative reforms and educational institution management (2 credits)
• School and educational institution community safety management (2 credits)
• Competence management as an activity of the training organizer (2 credits)
• Foresight as a tool for vocational education management (2 credits)
• Management with information (2 ECTS)
• Pedagogical management (2 credits)
