Medical Education

The Department of Physiology is involved in teaching physiology to undergraduate medical students throughout the curriculum. Physiology is the basis of clinical medicine and is incorporated into didactic sessions, patient-based discussions, scholarly pathway projects, clinical and research and integrated science electives.

Role of Physiology Faculty

Physiology faculty provide leadership and expert instruction in the foundational science blocks in Phase 1 of the MCWfusion curriculum.
