Internet Point of Care CME
The Internet Point of Care CME is a program designed for medical professionals to earn continuing medical education (CME) credits. The program involves identifying a clinical question, performing a search using peer-reviewed resources, and completing a form to document the findings.
Instructions
- Identify a clinical question based on clinical practice
- Perform a search using peer-reviewed resources
- Select the 1-3 most relevant resources
- Complete the Internet PoC form
- Submit the form
Program Details
- The program requires participants to complete a form for each clinical question searched
- Submissions are reviewed for completeness and the use of appropriate resources
- Credits are posted to transcripts within 10 business days of submission
- Credits will appear on transcripts as "Internet POC CME"
