Internet Point of Care CME

The Internet Point of Care CME is a program designed for medical professionals to earn continuing medical education (CME) credits. The program involves identifying a clinical question, performing a search using peer-reviewed resources, and completing a form to document the findings.

Instructions

1. Identify a clinical question based on clinical practice
2. Perform a search using peer-reviewed resources
3. Select the 1-3 most relevant resources
4. Complete the Internet PoC form
5. Submit the form

Program Details

• The program requires participants to complete a form for each clinical question searched
• Submissions are reviewed for completeness and the use of appropriate resources
• Credits are posted to transcripts within 10 business days of submission
• Credits will appear on transcripts as "Internet POC CME"
