Inter-Disciplinary Dual Degree Programme (IDDDP)

Admission to IDDDP

Admission to IDDDP in IEOR typically occurs at the end of the 6th semester. Students from any UG program at IITB can apply. Prior IEOR courses and a well-thought-out Statement of Purpose (SoP) are considered during the application process.

IDDDP Programme Requirements

Students in the IDDDP program are required to complete:

• A minimum of 4 courses + 1 Lab, including:
  • IE609 (or IE601 if completed earlier)
  • IE621 (or IE611 if completed earlier)
  • Any 2 IE Elective courses
  • IE507 or IE684 (Lab Courses)
  • Dual Degree Project
• For IDDDP with honors, students must complete at least 3 additional IE-labeled courses.

Research

The department engages in various research topics and publications. Student projects and computing facilities, including FedEx ALFA and TCAAI, are also available.
