Course Overview

The AI and Digital Technologies in the Built Environment course is designed to provide students with an understanding of the latest digital and AI technologies shaping the future of the built environment. Successfully completing this course will award students 10 UK credit points.

Over ten intensive days, students will explore how Generative AI, BIM, VR, and sustainability tools are reshaping project design and construction. The course covers topics such as:
