Cancellation Policy

• Full refunds are not available after purchase.
• Requests for no-cost transfers to the same course scheduled for another date/time may be considered until midnight, three days before the first day of class.
• Refund rates:
  • 80.5% refund: midnight, ten days before the first day of class (PSU charges a 19.5% administrative fee for CEPE course refunds)
  • 0% refund: 12:01 a.m., nine days before the first day of class or later
