Program Overview

The Adolescence Education: Biology program is designed to prepare graduates to become classroom biology teachers for grades 7-12, with an optional extension for grades 5-6.

Admissions Prerequisites

Applicants must have 30 college credits in biology courses, including:

• Anatomy/Physiology
• Behavior
• Cell Biology
• Biological Diversity
• Ecology
• Evolution
• Genetics
• Growth
• Human Biology
• Microbiology

Program Curriculum
