Program Overview


Organizational Leadership Major

The Organizational Leadership major is designed to equip students with the competencies and skill sets necessary for success in leadership positions. These competencies include effective communication, familiarity with essential organizational functions, broad-based learning, critical thinking skills, and the ability to understand and participate in multiple task-groups.


Overview

The major is available to students in the School of Professional and Continuing Studies on the Lincoln Center, Rose Hill, and Westchester campuses. Courses will be offered on-site, online, and in hybrid formats. The target population includes individuals who need a Bachelor's degree to advance professionally, professionals who want to establish themselves as change agents, and working professionals and early to mid-career level managers.


Requirements

The Organizational Leadership major consists of nine courses.

Availability

The major in Organizational Leadership is available to students in Fordham's School of Professional and Continuing Studies at Lincoln Center, Rose Hill, and Westchester.
