Exchange Programs

• The university offers an exchange program with Toyo University in Japan for the Fall Semester of 2026.
• Duration of Participation: The program will take place from September 24, 2026, to January 1, 2027.
• Eligibility:
  1. Students must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at Chiang Mai University.
  2. Students must have completed at least one academic year at Chiang Mai University.
  3. Students must not be in their final year of study.
  4. Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.50.
• Conditions:
  • Selected students will be exempt from tuition fees.
  • Students are responsible for other expenses.
  • Students should consult with their academic advisors before applying.

  2. Official transcript with grades and GPA
  3. Letter of recommendation from a faculty member
  4. Recent photo
  5. Proof of Japanese or English language proficiency
