GEI719 - Microfabrication of Biocapteurs

Presentation

Objectives

The objective of this course is to analyze the microfabrication techniques used for the miniaturization of biocapteurs, based on examples from scientific literature and understanding the principles of biophysical signal transduction.


Content

The course covers microfabrication techniques for the realization of biocapteurs, principles for the detection of physical parameters such as temperature, humidity, and pressure, and the operating principle of a microcalorimeter. It also includes integrated devices of the "system on a chip" type.


Prerequisites

Students must have obtained 82.00 credits to enroll in this course.
