Purpose
This programme aims to equip professionals with a background from the legal, forensic, or technical fields with the necessary technical and legal knowledge in creating and implementing answerable programmes and policy frameworks relating to the ever-expanding area of law and 4IR. It exposes students to the shortcomings of the law in dealing with the developments emerging from 4IR and sets out legally workable ways of addressing these limitations in a digital era.
Admission Requirements
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent 3-year qualification on the former NQF Level 6 or current NQF Level 7.
