Admission Requirements

The degree is for individuals who possess an appropriate honors degree in construction, quantity surveying, architecture, property management studies, engineering, computer science, operations management, or equivalent. In addition, applicants should have relevant experience in building information modeling (BIM) or be willing to undertake a preparatory short course in BIM. International applicants need a SAQA certificate at the time of application.
