Purpose

The purpose of the Advanced Project Management programme is to provide relevant, advanced project management knowledge for the practicing project leader or manager pursuing a career in project management. While the programme focuses on the attainment of advanced project management skills, learning will more holistically focus on how to integrate various projects to enhance a company's strategic intent.
