Doctor of Philosophy Program Chemistry (PhD)

The Doctor of Philosophy program in Chemistry is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in advanced chemistry and to prepare them for careers in research and development, academia, or industry. The program requires a minimum of 60 credit hours beyond the bachelor's degree, including:

• 30 credit hours of coursework
• 30 credit hours of research Students must also pass a comprehensive exam and defend their dissertation.

Master of Science Program Chemistry (MS)

The Master of Science program in Chemistry is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in advanced chemistry and to prepare them for careers in research and development, academia, or industry. The program requires a minimum of 30 credit hours beyond the bachelor's degree, including:

• 18 credit hours of coursework
• 12 credit hours of research Students must also pass a comprehensive exam and defend their thesis.

Doctor of Philosophy - Biomedical Sciences

The Doctor of Philosophy program in Biomedical Sciences is an interdisciplinary program that provides students with a broad knowledge of the basic biomedical sciences. The program requires a minimum of 60 credit hours beyond the bachelor's degree, including:

• 30 credit hours of coursework
• 30 credit hours of research Students must also pass a comprehensive exam and defend their dissertation.
