Learning Outcomes

  1. Describe and critique art psychotherapeutic theories and approaches and their application to clinical practice.
  2. Demonstrate the use of expressive arts as a therapeutic tool.
  3. Demonstrate ability to plan for therapeutic relationships with diverse clients.
  4. Apply different approaches to developing therapeutic relationships at an advanced level.
  5. Identify therapeutic dilemmas from a psychodynamic perspective and demonstrate advanced practice in working with these.
  6. Demonstrate the capacity to develop psychodynamic case formulations.
