Learning Outcomes

1. Design and implement lesson plans, effectively facilitating classroom activities of how students learn and the implications for teaching
2. Plan lessons using knowledge of content, resources and effective teaching and assessment strategies

4. Seek and apply constructive feedback from mentors to improve teaching practice
5. Develop effective relationship building skills within the teaching profession

• Unit content: Online tasks will consist of the following topics: What skills do you bring to the teaching profession? Developing detailed planning Variety of teaching strategies Supporting struggling students, extending capable students Time management Evaluation of student learning Motivation Developing a safe environment Management of classrooms School context
• Other notes: Prior to placement in any school for Professional Experience, it is mandatory that pre-service teachers complete or obtain several forms and clearances.
