The graduate certificate in Arctic and Northern Studies provides working professionals and others with graduate-level educational training and skills development related to understanding, living, and working in the circumpolar North.

Program Details

In this certificate program, students will gain proficiency in environmental, political, historical, geographical, cultural, anthropological, and other aspects of the North, as well as knowledge of circumpolar Northern peoples, including Indigenous peoples and their unique challenges and opportunities.
