ODTÜ Education and Training
The library provides user education to ensure that library users can effectively utilize the resources and services. This education is provided to undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students, and is tailored to their academic level.
Education for ODTÜ Students
The library offers user education to students to help them effectively use the library's resources and services. The education is planned in collaboration with the faculty members and is evaluated through a satisfaction survey at the end of each training session.
Education for ODTÜ Academic Staff and Librarians
The library also provides education to academic staff and librarians, usually conducted by database providers. The purpose of this education is to support the academic staff in meeting their information needs and to provide librarians with the knowledge they need to assist users.
Education for Students of Information and Document Management Departments
The library offers education to undergraduate students of Information and Document Management departments to introduce them to the library and provide information about the profession. This education is conducted through presentations and orientations.
