The City and Regional Planning Undergraduate Program is a Bachelor's degree program in City and Regional Planning, adapted to the Turkish Qualifications Framework (TQF).

• possess leadership skills and the ability to carry out planning and design studies individually and as a team member
• demonstrate analytical thinking and synthesis
• demonstrate a critical approach in addressing developments and phenomena in the field of planning
• are able to follow both national and international literature in Turkish and in English
• can carry out professional and academic studies in both languages
• have acquired the skills of life-long learning and competency in process design and management
