Program Overview
Introduction to the Erasmus+ KA131 Erasmus European Mobility Program
The Erasmus+ KA131 Erasmus European Mobility Program is a student and staff mobility program between higher education institutions (HEIs) of 28 EU member countries, plus Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the FYR of Macedonia, and Turkey. To participate in this program, HEIs of these countries apply to the European Commission to obtain the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE). International cooperation between HEIs in these countries is established through bilateral student and staff mobility agreements.
