Expenses

• Transportation fees to and from the training location will be covered by the participants' respective universities.
• Other expenses will be borne by the Beijing University Counselor Training and Research Base (Beijing University of Chemical Technology).

Program Organization and Management

Organization Form

The training will adopt a "large class management" and "small group optimization" approach. The large class will follow a unified curriculum, while small groups will be organized for daily learning and exchange, with each group having a leader and a liaison officer.

Training Requirements

• Participants must strictly adhere to the learning discipline and are not allowed to be absent without reason. Absence exceeding one-third of the course time will result in not being awarded a completion certificate.
• In case of work conflicts or unexpected events that require leave, participants must submit a leave application approved by their university's student work department.
• During the training, participants should write a reflection essay of no less than 2000 words, summarizing their training gains and insights into their work, and submit it after the training concludes.
