Public Health Nurse Course

Overview

The Public Health Nurse Course is a two-year program that aims to develop highly specialized professionals in public health nursing. The course is based on the principles of "truth, freedom, and cooperation" and focuses on cultivating students' ethical awareness, scientific thinking, and international excellence in public health nursing practice and research.

Course Objectives

The course aims to develop professionals who can:

• Address health disparities and respond to health crises
• Intervene and evaluate individuals, families, groups, and communities
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research
• Develop policy proposals based on scientific evidence

Curriculum

The curriculum consists of the following subjects:

• Common subjects: 4 credits or more -Specialized subjects:
  • Special lectures: 2 credits or more
  • Exercises: 2 credits or more -Special research: 10 credits
  • Total: 30 credits -Public health nursing subjects:
  • Public health nursing: 18 credits
