The 地域定着型放射線治療医育成コース (Regional Radiation Therapy Physician Training Course) aims to cultivate professionals who can provide optimal radiation therapy to patients with various types of cancer, including rare and intractable cancers, as well as pediatric, AYA, and elderly patients.

Program Objectives

The program seeks to:

• Foster professionals who can practice curative and palliative radiation therapy tailored to individual patients' needs.
• Develop professionals who can appropriately practice palliative radiation therapy within a multidisciplinary pain management framework.
• Cultivate comprehensive cancer therapists who possess knowledge of surgery and pharmacotherapy, enabling them to play a central role in cancer boards.
