University Program: Change Management
Description
The Change Management program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage and lead change in organizations. The program focuses on the theoretical foundations of change management, as well as practical approaches and tools for implementing change.
Objectives
Upon completion of the program, students will be able to:
- Identify the key factors, stages, and challenges of change processes
- Recognize megatrends, change and development processes, and their management in organizations
- Define the concept of change, the theoretical roots of change management discourse, and key methods for implementing change
- Analyze and describe the field of change management research
- Apply change-related research knowledge to practice by illustrating and evaluating a real or imagined case
- Develop generic skills in management and development, critical thinking, and self-awareness of one's own competence
Content
The program covers topics such as:
- Organizational change and development
- Change management approaches
- Resilience and change in organizations
- Current themes and issues in change management
Study Method
