Program Overview


General Engineering Program

The General Engineering program prepares students for transfer to a four-year institution to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. The first four semesters of classes are common throughout the various engineering fields. Students must work closely with a faculty advisor to select the best options for a successful transition to the four-year institution of their choice.

Program Details

The General Engineering program is offered through the Career & Technology Division at New Mexico State University Alamogordo. The division is located in the Science Center, and the program is led by Division Head Gregory Hillis.
