Program Overview

The Welding Technology program is designed to prepare students for employment in the welding industry. The program provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to work with welding equipment, including shielded metal arc welding, gas metal arc welding, and gas tungsten arc welding.

Program Structure

The program consists of classroom, laboratory, and clinical experiences that provide students with hands-on training in welding technologies.

Certification

Upon successful completion of the program, students are eligible to take the Certified Welder (CW) certification exam offered by the American Welding Society (AWS).

Program Details
