Program Description

Overview

The program focuses on the application of statistical methods in real estate valuation, including the analysis of the impact of property attributes on its market value. Its a multi-dimensional regression model to identify unusual observations in data, determine how well the model fits the data, and assess the statistical significance of its parameters.
