Program Overview
The Obsuga systemu Heidenhain iTNC530 program is designed for individuals with prior programming experience in the Heidenhain system. The course is conducted in groups of up to 6 participants, with schedules arranged in consultation with all attendees. To complete the course, participants must independently generate two programs based on provided drawing documentation and execute them on a machining center. Upon completion, graduates receive a certificate of course completion.
Program Details
The program consists of the following components:
- Panel sterowania przeznaczenie i obsuga (1 hour): Introduction to the control panel and its operation.
- Podstawowe czynnoci obsugowe na obrabiarce (1 hour): Basic operating procedures on the machining center, including:
- Tryb pracy selection
- File operations
- Detail mounting and basing
- Simulation of machining
- Machining startup
- Zarzdzanie programami. Import program闚 z system闚 CAM (1 hour): Program management and importing programs from CAM systems.
- Programowanie dialogowe na obrabiarce (3 hours): Dialog programming on the machining center, including:
- Symulacja and verification of the control program
- Utilization of information on:
- Kartezjaskiego and biegunowego contour description
- Tool selection and definition of machining conditions
- Programming of tool movement
- Tool correction and compensation
- Punktowe patterns

- SL-cykli

- Principles of using repetitions and subprograms

- Samodzielna obsuga systemu Heidenhain iTNC530 (7 hours): Independent operation of the Heidenhain iTNC530 system on the machining center, including:
- Mounting and basing of details
- Measurement and setup of the object coordinate system using a measuring probe
- Execution of details on the machining center
- Equipping the tool magazine and measuring tools using a tool probe
- Independent execution of a detail based on a provided drawing
Admission Criteria
The course is designed for individuals with prior experience in programming in the Heidenhain system. Classes are conducted in groups of up to 6 participants, with schedules arranged in consultation with all attendees.
Certificate
Upon completion of the course, participants receive a certificate of course completion.
