The program is designed for individuals interested in acquiring skills in programming and operating the Heidenhain iTNC530 system. The prerequisite for participation is basic knowledge of machining.
Program Description
The program is thematically related to the operation and programming of CNC milling machines equipped with the Heidenhain control system. Participation in the program allows participants to acquire skills for independent programming of CNC milling machines and operating the machine, including basing the workpiece, measuring cutting tools.
Program Plan
The program consists of the following modules:
- Philosophy of the Heidenhain system - basic information, operation of the control panel, file management, import of programs from CAM systems, tool table, operating modes, etc. (10 hours)
- Programming of contours in the Heidenhain system (5 hours)
- Programming using machining cycles in the Heidenhain system (5 hours)
- Operation of the Heidenhain iTNC530 system on a machining center (10 hours)
