Program Description

The program covers issues related to the management of common property, including elements of civil law, contract law, property law (including construction law), the Act on Real Estate Management, the Act on Ownership of Premises, and the Accounting Act. It also broadly covers the issues of material and criminal liability of members of the boards of housing communities. In addition to the theoretical aspect, the program includes practical aspects of managing common property, case studies, and possible solutions to problems.
