The University offers a postgraduate program in Real Estate Management, designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and social competencies necessary for managing real estate.

Program Characteristics

The program is organized in a one-stage mode and includes 185 hours of teaching. It is intended for individuals who currently work as real estate administrators or plan to start working in this sector, as well as for managerial staff and specialists working in institutions that manage real estate. The program prepares students for the profession, and a bachelor's or master's degree is required for admission.

Applications and Fees

• Application Deadline: December 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026
• Fees: 4,300 z (3,000 z for the first semester, 1,300 z for the second semester)

• Confirmation of payment for the first semester of postgraduate studies, no later than 14 days before the start of classes.
