Program Overview

The World Class Manufacturing & Services (WCM&S) program is a postgraduate study designed to comprehensively prepare specialists for managing production processes and services at the highest global level. The program aims to address the growing needs of the job market, which requires leaders to implement modern management standards, effective planning, and project management in both production and services.


Program Details

  • The program lasts 2 semestries and is conducted in a weekend mode, with classes held on Saturdays (8 hours) and Sundays (8 hours), totaling 192 lecture hours.
  • Each module of the program is carefully designed to provide participants with both solid theoretical foundations (lectures) and practical tools (workshops).
  • The program is intended for practitioners - ambitious individuals who want to develop their professional competencies, take on key leadership roles in project teams, and contribute to the transformation of enterprises at a global level.
  • It focuses on issues related to modern management standards in production and services in world-class systems.

Program Objectives

The main objective of the offered postgraduate studies is to convey the necessary scope of knowledge and enhance the qualifications of individuals working or aspiring to work in the field of broadly understood production management in a world-class environment (WCM&S). The thematic scope is selected to enable participants to broaden, consolidate, update, and integrate knowledge from selected management areas tailored to the needs of modern production.


Graduate Profile

Graduates of the WCM&S postgraduate studies will possess the knowledge and skills necessary to be members of WCM&S teams. The thematic scope of the studies is determined by the knowledge and competencies recorded in the world-class production standards (WCM), including technical topics such as autonomous maintenance, workplace organization, professional maintenance, quality control, comprehensive product management, and comprehensive tool management, as well as managerial topics like cost analysis, targeted improvement, customer service, employee development, safety management, and environmental management.

  • Duration: 2 semesters (III 2026 - II 2027)
  • Admission Criteria: Completed higher education (first or second degree) or uniform master's studies
  • Tuition Fees: 6100 z for the first semester (including 100 z registration fee) and 6000 z for the second semester. Payment can be made in a single installment or in two installments per semester.
