Program Description

The program, titled "Kreatywna praca grupowa" (Creative Group Work), is designed to help participants develop key competencies for the 21st century, including creativity, communication, cooperation, and critical thinking. It emphasizes the importance of creativity as a process that can be learned, rather than an innate talent.

• Familiarizing participants with various ideation tools and techniques
• Providing knowledge on effective moderation of group work
• Analyzing the possibilities and challenges of creative team work

Program Structure

The program consists of 10 hours of dydaktycznych (didactic hours) and is conducted in a stacjonarnie (stationary) format, with workshops taking place at the Centrum Energetyki AGH, budynek C6, sala 306.

Program Requirements

To receive a certificate of completion, participants must actively engage in the workshops during the specified term. The program is realized within the framework of the Inicjatywa Doskonaoci Uczelnia Badawcza (IDUB) project and is open exclusively to individuals employed at AGH in a dydaktycznej (didactic) or naukowo-dydaktycznej (scientific-didactic) role.
