Workshop Details
The Coaching Skills for Space Technology Leaders and Researchers workshop is an interactive, multi-hour event that aims to provide participants with coaching skills and tools to enhance their daily work. The workshop will cover the basics and methods of coaching, its application in research work, and provide participants with recommendations for further development.
Speaker Information
The workshop will be led by Anna Sanders, a certified and accredited coach (EMCC Senior Practitioner) with extensive experience in coaching academic staff, from early-career researchers to project leaders and research team leaders. Anna has previously worked at the University of Oxford and currently serves as the program director for the Oxford Cultural Leadership program.
