Introduction to the NAWA PROM Program

The NAWA PROM program offers an opportunity for academic and professional development through short-term international exchange. This program is designed for students, doctoral candidates, and employees of the AGH University of Science and Technology.

Program Details

The program allows participants to receive funding for short-term international trips. The recruitment process is continuous, and applications can be submitted until June 2026 or until all available spots are filled.

Eligible Activities

Funding can be used for the following activities:

• Participation in international conferences and summer or winter schools
• Acquisition of materials for doctoral dissertations and scientific articles
• Conducting measurements using unique equipment
• Courses, workshops, internships (professional or industrial), and study visits (including those to businesses)
• Teaching academic courses
• Preparation of international grant applications

Program Funding

The "NAWA PROM short-term academic exchange" project is funded by the European Union under the project "Short-term academic exchange as a way to improve the quality of education in higher education and science institutions" (FER.S.01.05-IP./23). The project aims to support international mobility for periods of 5 to 14 days.
