Program Overview

The Facility Management 2.0 program is a postgraduate studies course aimed at developing skills in managing intelligent buildings. The program is designed for individuals who wish to professionally engage in managing, using, and administering modern buildings, as well as those who want to expand their knowledge on managing amenities in buildings.


Program Characteristics

The program focuses on enhancing participants' abilities in managing buildings, including human and environmental factors, as well as the operation and maintenance of buildings. The curriculum covers topics such as health, safety, comfort, satisfaction, and quality of life in the workplace, as well as the management of technical systems, equipment, and selected external elements.

Graduate Profile

Graduates of the Facility Management program will develop their engineering and management skills in general building management. They will be familiarized with traditional and modern systems for controlling physical comfort and safety in buildings. Graduates will be prepared to make decisions regarding the operation, maintenance, and repair of technical installations in buildings. They will also acquire modern knowledge on organizing FM services in accordance with the FM PN-EN-ISO-41000 standard series.
