The postgraduate studies for teachers in the profession of real estate management are designed to develop skills in the field of management and real estate management. The studies are conducted in the field of substantive and didactic preparation of teachers to teach in vocational schools and to acquire additional professional skills in the field of teaching subjects according to the changed curriculum.

The program is aimed at people who educate qualified staff (teachers of secondary schools) in the field of real estate management, their use and administration, as well as the investment market. It covers the following subjects:

Graduate Profile

Participants (secondary school teachers) of the postgraduate studies "Qualified postgraduate studies for teachers in the profession of real estate management" will acquire knowledge, skills, and social competences necessary for educating specialists in the field of real estate management, their trading (sales, rental) and investment. The program is designed for secondary school teachers who want to acquire, supplement, and expand their knowledge in the field of real estate brokerage and management.

Additional Information

• Duration: 3 semesters (October 2025 - February 2027)
• Admission Criteria: The studies are intended for teachers. The condition for recruitment is confirmation of employment in an educational institution as a teacher. Additional required documents include an application form, a copy of the diploma of completion of first-degree studies (bachelor's or engineer's) or a diploma of completion of second-degree studies or a diploma of completion of uniform master's studies, certified by the organizing university.
