The university program in question is focused on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, with a specific emphasis on the SAP S/4HANA system. The program aims to equip participants with practical knowledge and skills in handling business processes and technical solutions in ERP systems.

Program Description

The program is designed to introduce students to the concepts of ERP systems, with a hands-on approach using the SAP S/4HANA system. The curriculum covers various modules, including financial accounting, material management, production planning, project management, sales and distribution, warehouse management, maintenance management, quality control, and human capital management.

Program Structure

The program is divided into three paths:

Path 1: SAP S/4HANA

This path covers topics such as:

• Introduction to cloud-based ERP systems (SAP FIORI, SaaS, PaaS)
• Financial accounting in ERP systems (SAP FI S/4HANA)
• Material management in ERP systems (SAP MM S/4HANA)
• Production planning in ERP systems (SAP PP S/4HANA)
• Project management in ERP systems (SAP PS S/4HANA)
• Sales and distribution in ERP systems (SAP SD S/4HANA)
• Warehouse management in ERP systems (SAP EWM S/4HANA)

Path 3: Analiza biznesowa w systemach ERP oraz BI (Business Intelligence & Information Management)

This path covers topics such as:

• Introduction to databases
• Introduction to data warehouses
• Business Intelligence software (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere)
• Business analysis systems (Power BI, SAP BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY PLATFORM (BTP))
• Data reporting and analysis (Tableau Software, ETL Knime)
• Advanced objects in Business Warehouse (SAP BW)
• Business process analysis - SAP Signavio
• Project management (Jira, SAP Activate)

Graduate Profile

Graduates of the program will acquire comprehensive knowledge in the field of computer-aided enterprise resource management, an understanding of the directions of modern IT development in cooperation with business, and business, technical, and skills knowledge in the use of individual functional modules of ERP systems, with particular emphasis on the SAP environment and solutions, including the flagship product - the SAP S/4HANA system.

Additional Information

• Duration: 2 semesters (October 2025 - September 2026)
• Admission Criteria:
  • Completion of at least a first-degree study in any field
  • Basic knowledge of computer operation (email, text editor, spreadsheet, etc.)
• Tuition Fees: 9,500 z (6,000 z for the first semester, 3,500 z for the second semester)
• Limit of Admissions: Minimum 15, maximum 25
• Application Period: May 12, 2025 - October 3, 2025 (until all places are filled)
