The 2025 Summer Research and Learning Exchange Program at the University of York is designed for full-time undergraduate and graduate students from participating universities. The program aims to provide students with a comprehensive learning experience, including academic courses, laboratory internships, and cultural exchange activities.

Program Details

• Duration: The program consists of a one-week online preparatory course and a three-week on-site research and learning exchange at the University of York, scheduled to take place from July 20 to August 8, 2025.
• Academic Content: The program covers a wide range of subjects, including engineering, physics, mathematics, automation, computer science, mechanical engineering, electronic and electrical engineering, intelligent manufacturing, artificial intelligence, biomedical engineering, and materials science.
• Program Structure: The program includes professional academic courses, laboratory internships, and cultural exchange activities. Students will participate in group projects, presentations, and a final ceremony, and will receive a certificate of completion from the University of York.
• Eligibility: The program is open to full-time undergraduate and graduate students with good English language skills. Students from engineering, physics, mathematics, automation, computer science, and related fields are encouraged to apply.

The program fee is approximately 43,900 CNY (subject to slight fluctuations due to exchange rates and airfare changes). The fee includes:

Application and Enrollment

• Enrollment Procedure: Students must complete the application procedure through the university's international cooperation management system and the project registration system.
• Scholarship Support: The university provides a scholarship of 10,000 CNY per student. Students who have already received scholarship support from the university can still apply, but will not receive additional funding.
