Program Overview

The Middle Management Training Program for Nanjing Bridge Section was successfully held at our university. The program was attended by Jiang Jun, Party Secretary of Nanjing Bridge Section of China Railway Shanghai Bureau Group Co., Ltd., and Zhu Ya, Party Secretary and Dean of the School of Continuing Education at our university.


Program Details

The program lasted for 5 days and was designed to enhance the capabilities of middle management personnel. The curriculum was carefully designed to meet the new requirements and targets for cadre ability development.

Program Significance

The program aims to deepen the integration of industry, academia, and research, and to explore broader cooperation spaces between our university and Nanjing Bridge Section.
