KUR Gençlik Program

The KUR Gençlik Program is a program designed for university students in Turkey.

Program Details

• The program is open to students enrolled in undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs at state universities.
• Students in open education and distance learning programs are not eligible.
• The program aims to provide students with work experience and skills in various fields.

Eligibility Criteria

• To be eligible, students must be Turkish citizens.
• They must be registered with the relevant institution.
• They must be at least 18 years old.
• They must not be receiving old-age or disability pensions.
• They must not have worked for the contractor or related institutions in the past year.
• They must meet the income criteria for their household.

Household Income Criteria

• The household income criteria require that the total monthly income of all household members does not exceed three times the minimum wage.
• This criteria does not apply to students living in dormitories or similar shared accommodations.

• Student certificate (current, obtained from e-state)
• Copy of ID
• Criminal record (obtained within the last six months, from e-state)
• SGK Service Record (showing the student's insurance status, from e-state)
• Address and other address information (from e-state)
• Document showing the income of working household members (from e-state or employer)

Program Participation

• The program participation period is a maximum of 22.5 hours per week and three days.
• Students selected for the program must sign a participant agreement.
• The program's implementation and rules are outlined in the relevant regulations and guidelines.

Application and Selection

• Applications are made through the relevant institution.
• Selection is based on the eligibility criteria and the availability of positions.
• The list of selected students is announced on the institution's website.
