The program specifically targets second, third, and fourth-year undergraduate students.

Eligibility and Application

• The program is open to students from all EELISA universities.
• Students apply with their resume and a completed application form.
• Each institution's coordinator evaluates the applications.
• Selected candidates participate in an orientation and "Soft Skills" training before officially starting their role as Career Ambassadors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Career Ambassadors serve as peer leaders and liaison points between institutions.
• They provide one-on-one or group support, organize events, and announce career opportunities from career centers, employers, and alumni.
• Ambassadors also convey student feedback, follow industry skill demands, and collaborate with different EELISA campuses to create an international student career community.
