Program Details

  • Education will be held online via the Zoom platform
  • Classes will be held on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Program Service Fee

Program Objective

The main objective of the program is to provide participants with the theory of rapid response to customers by eliminating waste in production systems, with practical examples.

  • Have an associate's degree or be a university student/graduate

  • Videos and other visuals containing application examples will be used during the training
  • Lean Production techniques will be simulated by playing the Lean Game

Certificate

  • A common exam will be held for all trainings
  • To be eligible for the "Expertise Certificate", participants must pass the exam with at least 60 points out of 100
  • Participants who fail the exam will be given a "Participation Certificate"
