Introduction to the TÜ GNOVA "Jump Start" Entrepreneurship Education Program

The TÜ Giriimcilik ve novasyon Merkezi (GNOVA) has initiated the "Jump Start Giriimcilie Hzl Balangç Sertifika Program", a traditional program open to all TÜ members. The program commenced on October 23, 2024, with an opening lecture by Doç. Dr. Adnan Veysel Ertemel titled "Giriimcilie Giri".

Program Overview

The program aims to equip entrepreneur candidates with the skills to test their business ideas, design experiments, create business models, and prepare for investor presentations. The curriculum will focus on advanced topics such as "Design Thinking for Everyone" and "Technology Commercialization and Licensing Strategies for Entrepreneurs". A "Deney Tasarm" workshop will enable participants to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) suitable for their business ideas.

Program Structure and Benefits

• The program will culminate in a presentation of projects to a jury comprising investors.
• A comprehensive workshop titled "Preparing Entrepreneurship for Investment" will prepare participants for Demo Day presentations.
• Participants will have access to asynchronous education modules, contributed by Koray nan, a member of the TÜ GNOVA Advisory Board and founder of MotivaCraft.
• Upon completing the program, participants will have the opportunity to attend advanced entrepreneurship training at 1773 TÜ Teknopark, meet with investors, and receive one-on-one mentorship from experts.
• Participants who successfully complete the 30-hour training will receive a certificate and micro-credit.
