Brief Description

Integrated business planning helps organisations align their goals, resources, and operations. This 6-week, Level 9 online micro-credential introduces you to advanced Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to bring together information from across and outside the business.

You'll learn how to coordinate plans across supply chain, finance, marketing, and operations, creating one agenda, one set of priorities, and one set of figures to guide decision-making.

The module explores S&OP models, performance measures, and improvement strategies to help you build a more agile, aligned, and informed organisation.

This micro-credential is associated with the MSc in Supply Chain Operations. It can be taken as a standalone University Certificate of Study (UCOS) or as part of a pathway to a larger award.

Entry Requirements

To help you to be successful on this course:

• Applicants should hold a bachelor's degree (NFQ Level 8) with at least a second-class honours, grade 2 (2:2) in a relevant discipline.
• If applicants have a lower result or an unrelated qualification, they may be considered on a case-by-case basis if they can provide evidence of five years of industry experience (Recognised Prior Learning).
