Landscape Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA)

Module GY6002

The University of Limerick, in collaboration with GreenTech Skillnet, is offering a 7-week, accredited micro-credential in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment. This is the first micro-credential in Ireland specifically tailored towards renewable energy projects, and in particular, wind farms.


How to Apply

  • Option 1: Apply for GreenTech Skillnet funding. There are a limited number of funded places available on this course.
  • Option 2: Apply directly for a place on this micro-credential if you do not require or qualify for funding.

Programme Details

The Landscape Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) micro-credential is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to assess the visual impact of renewable energy projects, particularly wind farms. The programme is delivered over 7 weeks and is accredited by the University of Limerick.
