Adaptability and Resilience for Production Workers

Course Description

Production work presents unique physical, mental, and emotional challenges that demand flexibility and inner strength. In this course, students will learn how to build adaptability to handle changing work conditions and maintain productivity in fast-paced environments. The course will explore strategies to strengthen resilience and sustain energy during long or irregular shifts. After completing this course, students will be equipped to handle workplace challenges, protect their well-being, and enhance their overall performance.
