Human Resources Management Program

This program includes a seminar on Attract and Recruit, which empowers hiring processes. The seminar addresses the entire recruitment and selection process, from selecting appropriate recruitment methods and strategies to developing the selection process.

Seminar Objectives

By the end of this seminar, participants will be able to:

• Identify current issues, challenges, and trends in recruitment and selection
• Develop appropriate recruitment and selection strategies
• Describe the rationale for an objective selection process
• Develop a systematic resume screening process
• Understand and apply human resource audit tools
